Hello, my name is Alena. I am the creatress of Into the Wild, Earth Medicine, and other offerings in our web of experiences that serve the evolution and self realisation of women, earth, and the shifting of our collective consciousness in these epic times.

I have spent my entire life walking the path of the soul, in deep devotion to the earth and mysteries.

Beginning at a young age, Earth and the Great Mother began weaving herself into my being. I spent many years on a journey of deep discovery, study, healing, transformation, realisation, and becoming.

During these years I studied with mystery and medicine keepers from many traditions and lineages around the world: from Tibetan lamas, to cave dwelling mystics in the Himalayas, yogic masters, North American medicine women, Peruvian shamans, initiated Tantrikas of secret esoteric lineages, and keepers of lineages of womb mysteries from the Middle East and Europe.

Through levels of initiations and gnostic experience, depths of deep mysteries, and cutting to the core of reality to anchor in deeper layers of truth, I found the same undercurrent and patterns weaving themselves through all the lineages I walked within and microtruths discovered.

I saw that we are living in a time of profound awakening. That there is a new era of feminine, life serving and interconnected, consciousness anchoring herself to the grid of earth through the bodies of humans. That many are remembering the ancient wisdom within their bones because they are here in service of an evolving new earth.

The work I do and every creation spun on these cosmic looms are an offering for these prophetic times. They are rooted in ancient wisdom for an evolving earth. We are taught to believe that unfettered expansion is the way. But we have forgotten that the powers of creation are crystallised under the pressure of contraction.

Contraction is Magnetic.

This is because when we contract our frequency gathers more mass, and more mass gathers more gravity, and when we have more gravity it means things move towards us. In coherence with our vibration.

Contraction is one of the most powerful forces in this universe. It births new life and universes. It sheds the old. And it focuses and pressurises potential so it becomes clear and immaculate, like a diamond.

When we move with expansion we learn how to draw the whole cosmos into us. When we master contraction, the whole cosmos is effortlessly magnetised into our field. We can only expand from containment.

When I was studying in a traditional Shaktism Tantra lineage, my teacher would tell me that we are not here trying to make ourselves big and expansive, but instead we are trying to make ourselves small and concentrated. Because that is where our true power and capacity for creation lies.

The feminine principles show us that contraction is the source of all life and possibility.

It is the tightly bound seeds tucked under the dense dark soils of the earth, with all the potentialities for evolution and creation tightly spiralled and encoded into its density.

It is from this deep contraction, like a cosmic womb black hole, that all is birthed and all is magnetised into.

We are vessels of Creation and Destruction for the Divine.

Whether we know it or not, we do a great disservice to ourselves, to our ancestors, and to the divinity we claim to serve by proclaiming to love them, yet not stepping into the fortitude and gritty honesty that strengthens our roots and that allow us to step forth as the unique, authentic artists, prophets, and lovers we truly are.

When we turn away from the alchemy of dissolution and creative rebirth, in alignment to God/dess given values, that power doesn’t go away.

It turns on us as slow poison to the soul and in our relating. And towards the planet as mindless, heartless consumption that seeks to satisfy a hunger that can only be satiated by the love of the Divine.

As women, we are natural born oracles. But as with any natural gift, our gifts need to be cultivated to be true.

If you have psychic gifts, but are not embodied or fully grounded, anything can come through. Just because we can channel messages or visions, doesn't make it benevolent or true.

Being able to channel truth starts with being able to feel truth in the body. Being able to feel truth in the body requires us to become a clean running container and channel for the flow of truth to run through.

Healing is important. But deep healing will always align us with even deeper purpose.

Healing is what happens when the stories, programs, and frequencies that hold us stagnant or stuck alchemise back into flowing life force.

Healing realigns us into coherence and harmony with ourselves and the greater intelligence of the flow of life. We become more aligned with our truest self and with the mysterious weave of the universe around us.

Healing is a bottomless pit if we choose to make it as such. But the real jewel of healing is how it has the capacity to unlock our greatest gifts and purpose for this lifetime.

Many of us are on deep healing journeys that have brought us to a place where we feel like suddenly we’ve lost our place in the world. Like we don’t belong in the world or life that used to feel like home. And while our belonging on this earth is perennial, evolving beyond timelines and templates is what we are here to do. And with that, we create a new sense of home.

We heal so we can create a new world that is more aligned to our deepest truths and one that is in coherence with the cosmic evolution we have remembered ourselves to be part of.

We came here to birth new worlds. We are here to weave reality into being. Our wounds are the guiding light to show us what our gifts and magic are, so we know with what thread to start weaving.

We all have a sacred responsibility to weave our soul threads because the world needs the medicine we came to give.

There are women who are seeking to be more deeply embodied and moving from their feminine, but who are actually using the masculine to get there.

This speaks to an age old energetic imbalanced dynamic between the feminine and masculine forces of the world and within us. One where the masculine cannot fully trust the feminine and ultimately defaults to control and direct her instead.

We cannot push, control, force, discipline, restrict, or contort ourselves into “being in our feminine”.

The feminine never restricts or controls. But very often when we don’t know yet how to fully surrender into the nebulous realms of the feminine frequencies, we will use the grasping or controlling forces of the masculine to get there.

Stepping into the realms of the feminine is like walking consciously into free fall, knowing and trusting that the intricate webs of life and matrices of the cosmic womb will always catch us.

But until we can fully trust, the overarching energetic mechanisms of our world will be in full force, as in, the masculine takes charge.

And while there is nothing inherently wrong with this, it does eventually land many women at an impasse. A stuck place. Where the path they have been walking and the energy they have been using to get there no longer works. It’s a dead end.

The feminine is a frequency, an undercurrent of reality, a realm, that we cultivate to move through us organically. It’s not something we can do, or think, or pretend to be.

Where the hyper masculine energy of our world is contained, linear, doing, cognitive, controlled, and exclusive, our feminine nature is unbound, spiralling, infinite, inclusive, life giving, free, creative, ever weaving, and aligned.

Many women will seek to look a certain way, do certain things, say the right things, act in certain ways, in order to “be in their feminine”. From here we already begin with the unaligned energetic template.

But until we step through the threshold, walk off into the unknown, and surrender to the life giving energy that wants to move through us, we will always be leaning on and relying on the masculine aspects of control and doership to get us there👇

I am here the serve the reawakening and anchoring of a new feminine consciousness here on earth.

I am here to serve women, earth, life, creation, goddess, great mother, organic timelines, spirit, and the return of a feminine consciousness.

Feminine consciousness is holistic, connective, in relationship, interdependent, evolutionary, organic, creative, and life giving.

I know I am not the only one who feels this, as this consciousness is reawakening in all of us, especially in women.

You are not alone, together we rise.

Truth is not a thought, it is a feeling.

You know that you've arrived at Truth when your body opens, softens, and something lands that feels like something preexisting, that you already knew all along.

When our body contracts or we are blinded by the patterns of the mind, Truth cannot land in the body.

This is because Truth is a frequency, it's not a thought or idea or a notion. It's something that exists with or without us, that can be tapped into, or not.

When we stop living from a fear based or survival programming, and allow ourselves to descend into our bodies, into our roots, and into the inner truth of who we are, we begin to make ourselves available for greater Truth to enter, and to guide our way.
