I know this path because I have spent over a decade guiding women on it.

But what happens after we heal?
After we remember.
After we root.

I began to see it everywhere.
Women who had done the healing work, gathered the wisdom, yet still could not fully birth their true medicine into the world.

What was missing was not more healing.

It was integration.

A return to a lineage that belongs to all of us.

A Source deeper than even Earth herself: The primordial Waters of Life.

A return to the womb consciousness that births all of creation.

I saw women being called by the waters,
Through dreams of mermaids
Whispers of ancient temples
The ache to reclaim the Sacred Feminine in a way that feels real, alive, embodied.

Women who needed crystallization.

To embody their radiance and become the living medicine the world needs.

But many were still stuck in old paradigms that were never built for the full power of the feminine.

Even many feminine practices are built on fractured foundations.

And so many women, even with their gifts and visions, struggled to step fully into their light.

This is why I birthed Into the Mysteries.

Called by the mermaids and the primordial ocean herself.

Because a portal has opened
And the world is ready.

We are the women who will restore feminine consciousness to Earth.

We are the ones who will build the new world, rooted in life, in beauty, in truth

How like Nature herself, we are also always seeking our own evolution and deeper becoming and embodiment of our medicine and gifts.

The processes of initiation are like our wombs (life, death, and rebirth) guiding us to dissolve the old structures that are holding us back from embodying the next level of our becoming so we may be reborn encoded with a frequency that aligns us more closely to our medicine, truth, and destiny.

As women we are in a collective initiation that are returning us and reawakening us back to the Earth and Feminine Mysteries so we may restore this feminine life honouring consciousness to the world in service and devotion to a new era on earth.

After over a decade of guiding women into reclaiming their Earth, their bodies, their healing, their wild feminine, and their gifts…. I began to notice a pattern.

That there was a new wave of feminine awakening on the horizon that is arriving as a primordial oceanic frequency that is here to rebirth us and rebirth herself through us.

This is because women who had done their healing, sat in ceremonies, unearthed their gifts, and reconnected to their Earth and bodies are still “stuck” when it comes to stepping out of the darkness of our spiritual domains into the light of the world with a vision and our medicine.

The problem isn’t that we need more healing. It’s that we haven’t fully integrated our depth of experiences because we are still locating ourselves within old paradigms that were designed to fracture, fragment, and disempower us.

I saw that most women were still operating within paradigms that could never fully hold them and their fullest potential and embodiment of their destinies.

And thus they always felt themselves stuck or unable to actualise their spiritual depths into real life tangible creations.

This is by design.

As long as women are still operating from the paradigms that were always meant to keep us trapped, we will never be able to fully integrate and actualise into the true embodiment of our medicine and power.

This is why we don’t need more healing, we need restoring and creating.

We need to restore ourselves to ancient almost lost lineage templates of feminine consciousness so we may create new paradigms and structures in the world that can actually hold us in our highest possibility.

Even “feminine spiritual practices” are mostly still templated by the structures of an old paradigms that was never meant to serve us, but were always here to neutralise us.

This is the next wave of feminine awakening. The return to the primordial amniotic oceanic wombs of creation. To source from there so we may be held and aligned to templates that allow us to fully create, integrate, and birth our medicine into the world.

The wound is also a womb.

It is encoded and encrypted with our medicine and highest destiny that are waiting to be born.

Healing doesn’t have to be something we do, but it is something that happens organically when we can hold all the fractured pieces of self within the containment of the wholeness of self so they may find their way through alchemy back to harmony and greater purpose.

I’ve been deeply blessed on my path to study with many incredible teachers, but one of my most profound teachers has been Vilma — a woman shaman from a small village in the Andes of Peru, who has become a guide, mentor, and soul sister over the past ten years.

In a region where most shamans are men (which is beautiful in its own way), receiving these teachings from an embodied woman — a multigenerational carrier of her lineage — changed everything for me.

In a world of spiritual templates that tell us the elixir of this humans experience is somewhere outside the realms of human nature, tasting the divine through immanence rather than ever seeking transcendence, is an act of profound paradigm shift that ripples out and restructures the world.

When we can remember to worship and live in devotion and relationship to the divine embodied in the matter all around us, we preform a collective soul retrieval for the world.

For too long we were told our spiritual redemption is not on earth, beyond our bodies, not of this life, somewhere in the sky.

And this template has been replicated and perpetuated by many of the modern spiritual paradigms we have been lured by today.

Plot twist: the thing we think we are escaping is the thing we are actually continuing.

But we’ve dressed it up, rebranded it, and called it something else.

Complete spiritual paths, however, will invite us back into wholeness and relationship with the all.

That “enlightenment” is not something we seek out, it’s something that we already are.

In union and cocreation relationship with the all.

Late on my Equinox reflections, but I chose to spend the last days out in nature in communion with the patterns of light as the light itself finds its true union of cocreation with the earth and all of life during this sacred portal.

That we are divinity herself incarnate.

That we are the living embodied expression of the divine mother goddess.

That we are the vessel of perfection that she pours herself into.

That we are the living templates of goddess intelligence that are here to create and weave reality into being.

It is within the embodiment of Woman that the Goddess walks amongst Creation.

For millennia we have been told and taught that that which is our Source of Creation is evil and those aspects of us that are her dimensions and mysteries encoded and encrypted within our human experience are profane, defiled, dirty, wrong, and unpalatable.

She has been erased not just from our culture and society and history, but she’s also been erased from our psyche. And our embodiment of her power and gifts has been stolen from us.

But we go deeper and are more mysterious than they could ever go or reach or understand. And the parts of us they couldn’t destroy are returning to us.

As is the truth that we are the goddess embodied and incarnate on Earth.

We live in a world that pathologizes the feminine to prevent us from reclaiming the divine power of the feminine within our human experience.

Every feeling, emotion, sensation, bleed, bliss, intuition, or vision is not a symptom to be managed or fixed.

They are all portals that invite us in to be initiated into our own power and medicine.

We reduce the embodied experience of the full spectrum of the feminine to sets of symptoms, when in truth they are portals that will heal us from states of fracture back into the truth of our divine wholeness.

A pathologized paradigm is designed to fracture us at body, soul, psyche and spiritual levels.

When we can begin to see symptoms as invitations rather than things that need fixing or cutting out or repressing, then we begin to heal and we restore the feminine intelligence back into our bodies and the world.

A year ago we journeyed through our last Into the Wild Immersion and Initiation on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua.

Into the Wild is one of the most beautiful offerings that has ever been created through me.

Divinity was related to and worshiped as a WOMB and a WOMAN.

This is because it was clear to our ancestors that within the biological templates of woman, is also the spiritual and cosmic templates of the processes of the entire Earth and Universe.

They knew that within the form of a woman, was the portal and vessel of all creation and dissolution: the holy grail. The WOMB.

That which has the mysterious power to bring all of life into creation.

Every human on earth right now, somewhere spiralled deeply within the coils of our DNA, flowing rivers of our blood, and the deep structures of our bones, is the knowing that god is a womban.

Somewhere along the line of our humanity, we were told a different story. We had a spell cast upon us, that led us to believe our Source of Creation, our Mother Goddess, and all her expressions were somehow unholy, evil, defiled, and unpure.

That the true holiness was somehow somewhere not of this earth, not of this realm, not of our human experiences.

That we were somehow birthed not from a woman, but a man, a father whom we always had to please and be in contractual relationship with for our own salvation.

And suddenly we were Motherless, spiritually orphaned, and love was no longer unconditional but dependent on our worthiness.

And the divine was no longer here around us, within us, apart of us, but instead somewhere intangible and far away that we could only pray to arrive at one day instead of experience fully in our embodied wholeness at every moment of our lives.

But, you can bury truth but never fully destroy her.

Mother Goddess is returning to the world and our humanity when we need her love, her regenerative powers, her healing, and her understanding the most.

And she is awakening within our bodies, especially the bodies of women.

Women who feel her, and are longing to return to her. We are remembering that within our bodies is a divine portal that holds👇🏽
