The deep realms of the primordial feminine are reawakening through the bodies and pysches of women to restore herself to the world...

For those who may not know me, my name is Alena. I am the creatress of Into the Wild Medicine, as well as a larger body of work called Earth Medicine – and more recently Into the Mysteries. At the core, my work can be described as evolutionary shamanic medicine, deeply rooted in the mysteries and realms of the feminine – specifically those of devotion and creation. My path has spanned over two decades, wholly committed to serving the earth and the deep feminine dimensions.
Today, I want to explore a newly opening portal that I call Into the Mysteries. I’ve been feeling into what is shifting in our collective feminine consciousness and how it is reawakening through women’s bodies and experiences. This portal is part of an energetic preparation for the Feminine Mysteries Retreat I’ll be hosting in Greece at the end of May. Yet it’s not limited to a single container; it’s an invitation to all women feeling drawn to these deeper, primordial realms of feminine embodiment and consciousness.
In this call, I will guide you first through a meditation, then share a transmission that touches upon:
The Deep Primordial Feminine Realms – the oceanic depths reawakening within the Earth and within women.
The Siren Song – how it is calling women into their deep waters, urging them to reclaim and restore what lies beneath.
The Feminine Path of Devotion – specifically how it interweaves with desire and creativity, and how this differs from many modern or traditionally masculine-oriented spiritual paths.
Finally, I will discuss the evolution from my work in Into the Wild to Into the Mysteries. In Into the Wild, I guided women to reconnect with the wild, earthy, “dark” feminine. But now I am seeing an emerging need: Women no longer want only to descend and heal; they also yearn to ascend and crystallize the gifts they’ve discovered in the depths, offering them to the world in paradigm-shifting ways.
A New Feminine Emergence
In my work, I see that women have spent ample time rolling in the metaphorical mud, unbinding themselves, reclaiming cyclical embodiment, and integrating lost parts of their “dark” feminine nature. However, a collective hunger is arising to create from this darkness – to bring forth the treasures found within these depths in a manner that can genuinely shift our social and cultural structures.
Whereas Into the Wild guided a deep immersion into the unbound, earthy feminine, I notice that many women now feel motivated to share their visions and medicine outwardly. This is not about merely fitting new insights into old paradigms, but rather about reshaping and restructuring the fundamental frameworks we live in.
When one experiences a spiritual awakening, there is no simple returning to “normal.” Once you’ve accessed your deeper layers, you’re propelled forward by a force of evolution. Many women sense a stirring to channel what they’ve reclaimed in the wild, shadowy realms into real, tangible creations – what I like to call the “pearl” brought up from the ocean’s depths and placed into the light for the benefit of the world.
Oceanic Depths, Mermaids, and Siren Songs
The imagery of mermaids and sirens helps convey the primordial feminine waters now reemerging on Earth and in women’s bodies. Water is actually older than Earth itself, carrying ancient codes of creation, life, and transformation. Today, the waters of our planet – and, correspondingly, the waters in our own bodies – are restructuring. It is as though an archaic, near-forgotten song resonates from the oceanic abyss, calling women to remember profound capacities embedded within the feminine psyche.
Mermaids (or sirens) embody paradox: they can exist in the deep, unknown waters yet also interact with the shore. Their song beckons us to leave “solid land,” to trust the vastness of the feminine unconscious, which can be freeing but also daunting. Descending into this oceanic realm can reawaken lineages of wisdom long suppressed or lost. Such wisdom runs beneath the surface, and our radars are just now beginning to pick it up, though we may not fully recognize it.
Reawakening Ancient Priestess Lineages
Beyond the conceptual notion of these primordial waters lie actual ancient lineages that once flourished on Earth. In many traditions (Egyptian, Tantric, Magdalene, Greek), there is evidence of deep feminine lineages. Over millennia, patriarchal structures led to the collapse of these priestess-led temples and the erasure of feminine spiritual authority.
Now we see a resurgence of interest in the priestess path or goddess-centric paths. This resurgence, or “portal,” calls us not to replicate ancient temple life exactly but to retrieve the underlying wisdom, re-adapting it to address modern challenges. We stand at a point in history where women are poised to step forward, embodying the role of priestess in new ways that suit our contemporary world.
Devotion vs. Discipline – A Feminine Spiritual Path
Many popular spiritual paradigms arise from masculine traditions emphasizing discipline, asceticism, and transcendence (e.g., certain lineages of yoga, shamanism, or meditation). While these offer value, they often neglect the distinct feminine approach, which centers on embodiment, containment, creation, desire, and devotion.
In my personal journey of practicing Ashtanga Yoga for 15 years, I initially aligned with a method that prizes rigid discipline and pushes for continual “breakthroughs.” Over time, I realized this model – beneficial as it can be – does not fully serve the feminine body or psyche. The feminine principle often requires a container to “receive” higher forces rather than pushing past limitations. Our process is not about transcendence for its own sake, but about becoming vessels that can hold the divine, thus birthing creation into the world.
The feminine path is powered by desire and devotion – a felt longing that compels us to shape reality in harmony with life. Rather than discipline alone, women can use devotional energy to guide creative impulses that revitalize both personal expression and societal structures.
From Into the Wild to Into the Mysteries
In my container, Into the Wild, participants reclaimed the “dark,” earthy feminine. Many found themselves rolling around volcanic dirt, reconnecting to blood mysteries, or discovering a forgotten wildness. Though highly transformative, these steps represent just one initiation. Now, I see that women want to bring forth their rediscovered treasures into a shared reality.
Into the Mysteries extends the journey. It responds to a global feminine awakening: we have healed much and remembered much, but the next step is crystallizing our gifts into tangible forms that shift paradigms – be it in business, education, the arts, or within one’s community. We are not meant to hide as fringe or marginalized “witches,” as our ancestors often had to. Instead, our collective timeline calls for modern priestesses who step fully into the public sphere, weaving new structures aligned with life, sustainability, and regenerative principles.
A Call to Reclaim, Restructure, and Create
My work ultimately aims to guide women from that wild descent to a conscious emergence, harnessing primordial water frequencies to birth a new era. This process honors the grief of historical feminine suppression but also celebrates the power of devotion, desire, and creation as keys to healing and transformation.
For those hearing the siren’s call of deep oceanic realms – sensing an inner gift or medicine that yearns to be shared – the invitation is Into the Mysteries. There, we explore how to embody and structure these awakened energies in tangible ways. We become “modern priestesses,” oracles of an ancient but ever-evolving feminine intelligence that the world desperately needs. By reclaiming our lineage of Earth and the deep feminine, we restore these vital frequencies to our bodies, our communities, and, ultimately, the entire planet.
If this resonates and you feel drawn to dive deeper, there are still limited spaces available for this upcoming container in Greece. My wish is that all women who sense this primordial call find the support, sisterhood, and resources to bring their pearls to the surface – illuminating and transforming the world through the vast power of the feminine.
