A Greater Vision for the World and Why We Must Start with the Body

Updated: Nov 28

We are living in extraordinary and transformational times. Human consciousness and the frequencies of earth are shifting and reweaving themselves at accelerating rates, and we are witnessing a sense of chaos but also many quantum leaps in our own personal and collective evolution.

What I would like to speak about today is how we, as humans, can align ourselves with earth’s consciousness as a way of not only experiencing resilience during times of uncertainty, but how by doing so can actually help us to be apart of this great evolution on earth.

There are many old ways and paradigms that are dying or dissolving, and for many of us this can be challenging to grapple with or understand if we are not embodied, connected, or grounded. What is also important to note here, is that our future as humans on earth is still uncertain. Every decision and choice we make from this present moment, will align us to a certain frequency and it is from this frequency that we are weaving the future into reality.

So our work is twofold: it is finding our depth and capacity for resilience in times of great change, but it is also about aligning to the forces of evolution themselves so we cocreate a future we want to be apart of.

There are many ways to do this, but I’d like to take today to explore why reconnecting to our bodies, reconnecting to our earth, and reconnecting to a deeper feminine consciousness are the starting points for this great work.

Sometimes when looking at our current state of collective consciousness, I envision humanity as fish swimming within a small fishbowl, believing this limited space is all there is. We focus intensely on the rules, structures, and details within our fishbowl, unaware that it floats atop a vast, ancient, infinite ocean. This ocean represents the feminine realm, expansive, mysterious, and life-giving. My work with people involves helping them recognize their fishbowl and see beyond its boundaries. I guide them to break free and experience the ocean itself—a realm that offers both freedom and a profound sense of belonging.

Once we leave the fishbowl, we are immersed in an environment of interconnected rhythms and patterns. In the ocean, we’re affected by tides, weather, the sun, the moon, and currents, much as we’re influenced by forces beyond our control in life. Living with an awareness of the feminine aspect of existence means understanding life’s organic, interconnected, and evolutionary nature. This feminine consciousness is life-sustaining, harmonious, and constantly seeking balance, in contrast to the inorganic, hierarchical, and isolating structures that characterize much of our culture today.

Our society’s emphasis on hierarchy, control, and compartmentalization creates an illusion that humanity is separate from and superior to the natural world. The dominant worldview is linear, inorganic, and extractive rather than regenerative. In recent years, however, a reawakening of feminine consciousness has been taking root. This resurgence calls us back to a life-honoring, sustainable path, offering an organic, regenerative approach to existence.

The trajectory of humanity has been one of disconnection, moving toward a future that, if unchecked, may lead to self-destruction. This is an inorganic path, one that disregards the delicate balance of life. But the feminine consciousness returning to us is here to guide us to a different future, to leap from this artificial timeline to one that is vibrant, organic, and honors life.

Some people view humanity as a stain on Earth, suggesting we should remove ourselves or seek life beyond our planet. But indigenous wisdom teaches that humans are integral to the web of life on Earth. We, like plants, animals, and rocks, are part of a complex ecosystem. Recognizing the world as living and interconnected, rather than dead and inanimate, is a step toward understanding our place within this web. Our bodies hold an ancient wisdom, encoded within our DNA, that remembers how to live in harmony with the Earth. This memory guides us not only as individuals, giving us our unique soul’s purpose, but as members of a larger community, showing us how to live in relationship with all life.

Our bodies carry the knowledge of who we are and why we are here. By awakening this intelligence within us, we can reconnect to the Earth and heal the fragmentation that disconnects us from life. This return to the body is crucial; many of us are disembodied, a state encouraged by society, as embodied awareness brings a power that challenges the structures of control around us. Therefore, the first step in any spiritual journey is returning to our bodies, awakening to their wisdom. By doing so, we can mend the internal fractures and reestablish our connection to all life.

To reconnect, we should ask: How can we place our bodies on the Earth and root ourselves in it? We have an energetic umbilical cord that connects us to our planetary mother, yet many of us have forgotten this bond. We often search for meaning, value, and purpose outside ourselves—through jobs, relationships, identities, or spiritual practices—when the truth lies within us and is mirrored by the natural world around us.

When we remember our inherent connection to Earth, shadows begin to dissolve, and we recognize that simply being alive here gives us belonging and value. This awareness brings an end to the search for external validation, grounding us in the truth that is ever-present in nature. From this grounded state, deeper spiritual mysteries and wisdom become available to us, supporting our journey to fulfill our unique purpose.

To truly embody feminine consciousness, we must live in reciprocity, growth, and evolution with the web of life. Nature continually seeks its own self realisation and evolution, and as part of nature, we share this rhythm. When we realign ourselves with these cycles, we move in harmony with the feminine reality, finding guidance and support in the forces of nature.

Ironically, our technological, isolated world gives us an illusion of freedom, yet true freedom comes from embracing our interconnected role within the web of life. It is by reawakening to our natural state that we reclaim our sovereignty as creators of our reality. I am passionate about this work because I know that as more people step out of the artificial world and remember their place in the sacred web of life, we will collectively weave a brighter, more harmonious world into being. This is the sacred work of our era and the evolutionary call to humanity.
